EGAN John G.Egan, 66,Veteran of World War I, died at 2 o'clock Saturday morning at his home at 110 West Lincoln Avenue where he had resided the past three years. He was born April 19, 1897 in Bloomer Township, Carson City., the son of Martin and Catherine Egan.In 1921 he was married to Louise Repphun. Mr.Egan was a member of SS.Peter & Paul Catholic Church. Surviving are his wife, Louise; five daughters;Mrs.Josephine Simmett of Carson City,Mrs Regina Edwards of Boulder,Colo.,Mrs.Marjorie Cook of Portland, Mrs.Mary Klein of Pewamo and Mrs.Phyllis Patton of Ionia; five sons,Patrick Egan of Remus, Larry of Denver,Colo., Gerald of Elsie, Robert and Richard Egan of Ionia; 23 grandchildren; and one brother, Mike Egan of Sheridan. Rosary will be recited at Boynton Funeral Home Sunday at 2 p.m. Funeral Mass will be sung at SS.Peter & Paul Church Monday at 9 a.m, with burial at MaryKnoll Cemetery at Carson City.
