Eitniear, 58, of Easton township died at her home suddenly Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock. She was born in Paulding Center, Ohio, August 27, 1879 and on September 1, 1897 she was married in Ohio to Clement Eitniear. They left Ohio when their only son Glenn was three years of age and came to Michigan, first taking up residence in Montcalm county. From there they moved to Ronald township, where they lived for seven years before moving to Ionia. From Ionia they moved to their present home in Eaton where they have lived for the past 10 years. Mrs. Eitniear was a member of the Church of Christ in Ionia. Survivors are her husband, Clement; a son, Glenn; two grandchildren, a nephew, Rev. Virgin Geren of Three Rivers; five brothers, Irving Geren of Lima, Ohio, Charles of Flint, and George, John and Frank of Kalamazoo and a half sister,, Mrs. Charles Peroa. Remains will repose at the Stone funeral home on East Washington street from where the funeral services will be conducted Saturday, March 20 at 2 o’clock in the afternoon. Rev. Paul Stewart will conduct the services and interment will be at the Woodard lake cemetery.
