The Belding Banner-News, Wednesday, February 11, 1920

Mrs. Harry Ekkens, aged 33 years died at the family home on Harrison avenue, 
Monday morning, after a short period of sickness, caused by flu and 
pneumonia.  Mrs. Ekkens leaves her husband and two children.

Funeral services were private and were held at the house this Wednesday 
afternoon, Rev. W. A. Bliss, officiating and burial was in Riverridge cemetery.
