Lake Odessa Wave - October 15, 1942
            FRENCH ELLIOT, 78, DIED IN BERLIN SATURDAY NIGHT

   David French Elliot, 78, died in Berlin township Saturday night.  He had lived
most of his life in Odessa 
township.  Surviving are one daughter, Mr. Esther Smith in South Ionia; a sister
Mrs. Ellen Markwood at 
Northville; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.  Funeral services were
held Tuesday afternoon 
from the Wortley & Baine chapel here and burial was in Lakeside cemetery.
