The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Saturday, April 2, 1955


Funeral services for Clare W. Elliott were held at the Myers funeral home 
Friday afternoon at 2 o’clock with the Rev. Fr. William Reitz officiating.  
Interment was at the Mt. Olivet cemetery.

Pallbearers were Bernard Gruschinsky, Charles Potter, Donald Pelch, Edward 
Spangler, Charles Mason and Sid Wiseman.

John Hudson presented the flag for the American Legion and Mr. and Mrs. Paul 
Warden had charge of the flowers.
