Mrs. Ida Elliott, 70, well known pioneer resident of this city, widow of the late Hiram Elliott, passed away at the home of her son, James Elliott, 513 Union street, Tuesday night, following a lingering illness. The funeral will be held on Friday afternoon from her late home at 2 o’clock with Rev. W.F. Kendrick, pastor of the Methodist church, in charge. B.J. Boynton is the officiating undertaker, and interment will be made in Highland Park cemetery. She is survived by two sons, James Elliott of this city and Arthur Elliott of Detroit, and one brother, O.A. Huff, of Newark, N.J.
