Ellsworth, 70, died at 2:30 Saturday afternoon at his residence at 706 North Jefferson. He had been in ill health the past five years. Born in Barry county August 26, 1893, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Ellsworth, he was a veteran of World War I. January 3, 1921 he was married to Eva Walters who died in 1953. Since his marriage December 12, 1953 to Zella Storch, he had made his home in Ionia. Prior to that he had lived in Barry county and was employed at Continental Motors and before that at White Products in Middleville. Surviving are his wife, Zella; five sons, Richard K., Raymond E. and Frank E. of Hastings, and Leon and Fred of Ionia; three daughters, Mrs. Pearl Browne of Middleville, Mrs. Bonnie Collick of Otsego and Mrs. Vera Mae Clinton of Freeport; one half-brother, Henry Davis of Farmington; 20 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Prayer service will be a Boynton funeral home Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. and funeral service will be at 2:30 p.m. at Christian Reformed church at Bowens Mills in Barry county. Interment will be at Coman cemetery in Barry county.
