Carmen M. Ellsworth, 78, passed away on Saturday, September 27, 2014.  She was 
born on November 6, 1935 in Dolores, Colorado the daughter of Joseph and Mattie 
(Lobato) Montoya.  Mrs. Ellsworth was true to her faith with Jehovah's Witness, 
and loved her children and grandchildren very much.  Carmen enjoyed fishing and 
mushroom hunting. 

Preceding her in death were her daughter, Susan Yvonne Thomas-Ellsworth; 
mother, Mattie West; brother, Paul Montoya.  Surviving are her husband, Leon 
Ellsworth; son, Allen Thomas; daughter, Julie Ellsworth; grandson/adopted son, 
Elliott Thomas-Ellsworth; grandsons, Alexander Thomas, Cody Wireman, and 
Patrick Wireman; sister, Suzie Torres. 

The Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, October 4, 2014 at the 
Kingdom Hall Jehovah's Witnesses, Ionia, with Brother Mike Montie presiding.  
Interment will take place at a later date at Tuttle Cemetery.  Arrangements are 
entrusted to Lehman Funeral Homes, Ionia.
