Patricia L. Ellsworth, 34, of Lyons, loving mother, wife, sister, and daughter, 
passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2013.  She was born on Feb. 14, 1979 in 
Lansing, Mich., the daughter of Charles O. and Denise (Minnis) Richardson II.
 
 Patricia loved her family very much, and she enjoyed going to and watching 
movies, and also enjoyed watching Law & Order on television.
 
 Preceding her in death was her father, Charles O. Richardson II.  Surviving 
are her husband, Paul Ellsworth; son, Charles Richardson IV; mother and step-
father, Larry and Dee Novak; brother, Charles Richardson III; in-laws, Fred and 
Linda Ellsworth; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
 
The Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 14, 2013 at the 
First Christian Church, Muir, with Pastor Greg Gladding presiding.  Interment 
will take place at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Ionia at a later date.  
Arrangements are entrusted to Lehman Funeral Homes, Portland Chapel.
