Ionia Sentinel Standard - Thurs. March 2, 1972

                               SUSAN ELLSWORTH

Susan Thomas Ellsworth, 15, of 1625 Belleview drive died late Wednesday after-
noon  at Borgess hospital in Kalamazoo. She had been a cancer patient there the 
past two months.

Born in Tooele, Utah, May 6, 1956, she moved with her parents to Ionia in 1961. 
She attended Jefferson and Rather elementary schools and was a member of the 
Sophomore class of Ionia high School.

Surviving are her parents, Mr. and Mrs.Leon Ellsworth; brother, Allen at home; 
paternal grandmother, Mrs.Ella Ellsworth of Ionia and maternal 
grandmother,Mrs.Mattie West of Salt City, Utah.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 3 pm at Leddick Funeral Home. Charles 
Carroll, minister of Jehoval Witnesses of Greenville, will officiate and 
interment will be in Tuttle Cemetery.

Family will be at the funeral home Thursday and Friday from 7 to 9 pm.
