Ionia Sentinel Standard  -  Fri. October 19, 1962

                                DAVID LEE ELLSWORTH

David Lee Ellsworth, two-day old infant of Mr.and Mrs.Frederick H. Ellsworth of 
route one, died at Ionia county memorial hospital Friday morning. Besides his 
parents, he is survived by two brothers, Frederick H. Ellsworth, Jr., and Steven 
N.,both at home; his grandparents, William Ellsworth and Mrs. Zella Ellsworth of 
Ionia, and Mr.and Mrs.Bliss Boulter of Delton.

Graveside service will be held at Tuttle Cemetery at 11 o'clock Monday morning. 
Myers Funeral Home is in charge of the service.
