Oneta U. Storum Elvert, 93, our loving mother and grandmother, passed away 
Tuesday, April 29, 2003 at Heartland Health Care Center of Ionia.  She was 
born in Ionia on April 7, 1910 to Eugene and Lydia (Richards) Storum.

She married Ray C. Elvert October 27, 1928.  He preceded her in death in 
January 1975, as did granddaughter Cheryl Lynn Burns in 1975 and grandson 
Robert E. Elvert in 1983.

She is survived by her daughter Shirley (Karl) Rusnell and son Robert (Yvonne) 
Elvert; six grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, who were the light of 
her life.

She retired from Michigan Bell Telephone Company after 26 years of service.  
She was a member of the Pioneers.  She was also a member of Easton United 
Methodist Church and the Easton United Methodist Women.  

A memorial service is planned for Saturday, May 24, 2003 at 11 a.m. at Easton 
United Methodist Church.  A memorial fund has been established for Easton 
United Methodist Church.
