He was born in St. Louis, Illinois, on March 18, 1964. Ray was a beloved father, husband, brother and son. He graduated from Maple Valley High School class of 1983 and resided most of his adult life in the towns of Nashville, Ionia and Freeland Michigan. He had a fulfilling career as a supervisor for C & F Stamping/AutoStyle/Venture. His life was cherished by many, as will be his memory. He was preceded in death by Daniel W. Kilduff, parents Joseph A. Embrich Sr. and Julia J. nee Doyle, brother Joseph A. Embrich Jr., and sister Judy Purchis nee Embrich. He is survived by daughter Courtney (Teejay) Embrich-Vago of Kentwood, Michigan; step children Jillian (William) Grzegorczyk and Justin Kilduff of Freeland, Michigan; four granddaughters and three grandsons; and his sister, Diane Ledbetter of Collinsville, Illinois. Ray, you loved life, green beer around your birthday, the laughter of your grandchildren, and the love of your friends and family. You will be missed by many and we will forever cherish our memories. Services will be held Thursday, Nov. 19 at St. Peter and Paul’s Catholic Church, 434 High St., Ionia. Visitation will be held at 10 a.m. and the funeral at 11 a.m. A luncheon will follow directly at the Moose Lodge, 869 E. Lincoln Ave., Ionia.
