The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Friday, November 21, 1980
Services for Harry Emelander, 73, of rural Ionia were held Thursday at 12 p.m. 
from the Leddick Funeral Home with the Rev. Edwin Mendenhall of the Saranac 
Community Church officiating.  Organist was Mrs. Josephine Barna.  Burial was 
in Balcom Cemetery.  Pallbearers were Michael Brown, Thomas Lott, Paul Young, 
James Banks, Earl Benedict and Carl Simmons.  Following graveside services a 
luncheon was prepared and served to family and friends at the Saranac 
Community Church.
