She was born Aug. 3, 1929, in Muskegon, the daughter of Harry and Louise A. Ockert Feathers. Ginger graduated form Lyons High School with the class of 1948. She enjoyed spending time with her family and crocheting. Ginger was married Oct. 16, 1948, in Ionia, to Floyd Emmons Sr. and he survives along with their children; Francis and Marge Emmons of Belding, Marilyn Stearns of Glendale, Ariz., April and Jerry Enbody of Cedar Springs, Regina and Leroy Conklin of Greenville and Floyd and Julie Emmons of Albion, Ind.; eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, her twin sister Vivian; sisters Wilma, Rosie, Crystal, Doris, Jean; and brothers Harvey and Chuck. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother Walter. Funeral services are 2 p.m. Tuesday at Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home, Belding with Pastor Anne Hollenbeck officiating. Committal services follow at Rest Haven Memory Gardens with Pastor Craig Hollenbeck officiating. Visitation is 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
