November 13, 2021 Lawrence William Endres Lawrence William Endres went to be with his Lord on Monday, Nov. 8, 2021. Lawrence was born on New Year's Day 1954 in Hasting's, to Gerald and Carrie Endres. He was a 1972 graduate of Lakeside High School, where he met the love of his life, Mary (Cusack) Endres. They had 47 1/2 wonderful years of marriage. In addition to his wife, he will be forever missed by his son, Craig and Valerie Endres of Orleans and daughter, Melanie and Matthew Block of Conklin. He is also survived by his pride and joy, his four grandsons, Trevor Block and Lilianna Villalobos, Peyton Block, Wesley Endres and Tony Endres. Lawrence is also survived by his brother, John and Jennifer Endres; siblings-in- law, Bob Roth, Peggy Cusack, Bill and Ann Cusack, Kenny and Mary Jo Cusack, Rebecca Cusack, Janice Williams, Pat and Sherry Cusack, Colleen Cusack, Jim Cusack; his Aunt Greta Endres, along with many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews that he loved to tease. Lawrence was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Carl Endres sister, Ilene Roth; parents-in-law, Ernie and Stella Cusack; brother-in-law, Herb Cusack and Dan Cusack and sister-in-law, Mary Carol Cusack. Lawrence loved International tractors, dairy cattle, farming, good jokes, reading farm magazine, ice-cold water, hot coffee, pretty much any sweet treat you can think of and his dog Molly. His grandsons were the most important thing in his life, and he came to as many events for them as he could. He called his grandsons nearly every day just to chat with them and see how their day was.He was the greatest Papa a kid could ever hope for and he was their best friend. No one will ever make peanut butter fudge as good as Papa, and the boys will always remember to drive safely, not speed through town and always watch for deer thanks to him. Lawrence was a friend to everyone and he cherished his dinners with his friends. He was eternally positive, loving and strong, We will remember his great sense of humor and easy laughter. We will miss seeing him under his farmer hat, bwaving and yelling; "Love You, bye!" as he drove away.Lawrence was a kind, giving man who ended his life the way he lived it, by giving of himself to the Gift of Life Michigan. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial donation to St.Edward's Catholic Church or the Ravenna FFA Chapter. There will be a visitation 4-7 on Tuesday,Nv. 16, 2021 at Koops Funeral Home in Lake Odessa and his funeral will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2021 at St.Edward's Catholic Church in Lake Odessa.
