The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Friday, October 12, 1945

Mrs. Blanch Strong Engleman, 73, former resident of Ionia, died suddenly 
Thursday evening at her home, 1226 Jefferson avenue, S.E., Grand Rapids.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph and a daughter, Mrs. Harold Roorda of 
Grand Rapids.

Funeral services will be Saturday afternoon at 3:30 o’clock at the Metcalf 
funeral home, with the Rev. Earl Collins officiating.  Burial will be at the 
Graceland Mausoleum.
