Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 1 May 1946

Mrs. Abram Engleman, formerly of Ionia, died April 28, at the home of her
daughter, Mrs. E.H. Kerstetter of Beaumont, California.

Mrs. Engleman was the former Susie Robinson.  She was born February 7, 1858, in
Kingston, Ontario, and came to Ionia in 1872 where she resided until the fall of
1938 when she and her husband went to Beaumont, California, to reside with their
daughter.  She was married in 1878.  Her husband died in December, 1938.

Graveside services will be held in Ionia, and will be announced at a later date.

[Transcriber’s note:  There is a notation on the obituary card that she was
buried in Highland Park Cemetery Mausoleum.]
