THOMAS H. ENGLISH 
Died January 25, 2021-age 72 of Portland
Born December 15, 1948 at St.Ignace, MI-son of Hugh and Ethel (Seward) English.
Graduated from Portland in Class of 1967.
He enlisted in U.S. Army in 1968 and did one tour. Was awarded the Bronze Star 
Medal on Oct. 31, 1970.Also awarded the Army Commendation medal on June 20, 
1970.
Tom as an entrepreneur & owned two business but retired as a Merchant Marine on 
the Pacific Ocean & the Great Lakes.
Was an avid golfer, softball player, enjoyed family & friends.
Preceded in death by his parents and brother, Dan English.
Survived by his siblings, Mike, Jim, Julie and Lisa, is three children;Matthew 
Fraser english (Lisa), David Randall English and William Thomas English (Joan) 
and Six grandchildren.
Visitation at Lehman Funeral Home, Portland on Friday Feb. 5, 2021 from 5-7pm.
