Funeral services were held from the home in Sebewa, Wednesday afternoon, in charge of her former pastor, Rev. Ellinger, now of Freemont, Mich. Burial was made in Danby cemetery. Miss Erdman was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Fred Erdman. She was born on the old Erdman homestead in Sebewa and had spent her entire lifetime in that vicinity, for a number of years making her home with her sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. D. F. Deatsman, who occupy the Erdman place and are the only near surviving relatives. She was a member of the Sebewa M. E. church and a teacher in the Sunday school as well as president of the Ladies’ Aid society of that church. Always taking an active interest in religious affairs, she will be greatly missed by all the residents of that community to whom she had become greatly endeared.
