MARY ANN ERRIDGE, 78
Mary Ann (Young) Erridge, age 78, of Trufant passed away peacefully at her 
home on Wednesday, January 23, 2019. She is survived by her loving husband of 
56 years, William "Bill" Erridge; two daughters, Melissa (Chris) Morrison of 
Grandville, and Melinda (Doug) Curtis of Caledonia; her International 
children, Tokuzo (Junko) Nakajima of Japan, Annette Scharnberg of Germany, 
Satomi (Patrick) Mori of Hong Kong and Ivania Siares of Chile; her 
grandchildren, Cassandra, Rachel and Hanna Carpenter, MacKenzie and Owen 
Curtis, Jennifer (Frank) Martines, and Heather (Jimmy) Crechiolo; her 
wonderful great grandchildren, Ian Carpenter, Kaleigh, Alivia, and Peyton 
Crechiolo; her sister, Sharon Kobera and sister-in-law and brothers-in-law, 
Kathy Young, Sandy (Butch) Trierweiler, Kathy (Clyde) Stewart, Deb (Denny) 
Perry, and Dave Courtney; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death 
by her brother, Fred and sister-in-law, Judy Courtney and Pam Fisher. Mary 
Ann was a teacher at Byron center High School, an avid golfer and achieved 
the elusive Hole in One!!! She loved her family, baking, hosting  exchange 
students, wintering in Texas, and traveling. Visitation will be held 
Saturday, February 2, from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the Zaagman Memorial Chapel, 
@800 Burton St. SE, Grand Rapids. Private interment Lakeside Cemetery. 
Memorial contributions may be made to Great Lakes Caring Hospice. 

For all their snow bird friends and friends who cannot be with us for the 
visitation, a memorial get together will be held this summer.
