The Ionia Daily Sentinel, Friday, July 21, 1911
Frederick Erridge, resident of Bayard street died this morning of blood 
poisoning.  Mr. Erridge formerly worked in the Pere Marquette yards and some 
time got an iron sliver in his hand.  The injury resulted in blood poisoning 
which caused his death.  He was 56 years of age and leaves a family.  The 
funeral will be held Monday.  Burial in Highland park.
