Cecil Estep of Punta Gorda, Fla., died Sunday, Sept. 14, 2008 at Mount Nittany 
Medical Center, State College, Penn. He was a longtime resident of the Lyons-
Muir area before retiring to Florida. Mr. Estep was the owner-director of the 
former Estep Funeral Home on Hayes Road north of Muir. A US Navy veteran of 
WWII, he was a member of the American Legion and honorary Life Member of the 
Elks.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara and son, Andrew. He is survived 
by his daughters, Sharleen of State College, Penn., Diane of Port Charlotte, 
Fla.; son, Christopher of Muir; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
