He was born April 7, 1923 in Sunfield Twp., son of Forest and Hester (Richard) Estep. Forest as a Veteran of WWII serving his country in the Marines. He was the former owner/operator of William Morris & Son Commercial and Industrial Construction Co., was a member of the V.F.W., American Legion and the Moose Lodge. Forest enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing cards. He was preceded in death by his wife, Audrey (Youngs) Estep and 4 brothers and sisters, Bethel, June, Richard and Carlton (Cap). Surviving are his 4 children, Sharon (Jack) Byers of Fenwick, MariAnne (Claude) Martin of New Berlin, Wis., Lynn (Nan) Estep of Sunfield and Chris Estep of Ionia; 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters and 1 brother, Nina, Bina and Bill and many nieces and nephews and cousins. A celebration of life service will be held 2 p.m. on Friday June 13,2008 at the Saranac American Legion.
