Ionia Sentinel Standard, 19 Jul 1950

Funeral services were held Saturday morning for Normal L. Etson from SS. Peter
and Paul church in Ionia with the Rev. Fr. John Fons officiating.  Mr. Etson was
the son of the late Mr. and. Mrs. William Etson of Lyons and had lived in Lyons
nearly all of his life.  His wife, the former Mary Currigan, of Lyons died a few
years ago.  The bearers were John Hopkins, Nathaniel P. Hopkins, Ray Lincoln, B.
C. Russell, Arnold Fox, John W. Currigan.  Interment was in Mt. Olivet cemetery
in Ionia.
