Portland Observer – Wednesday 22 March 1893
Wm. Evans, brother of Jacob W. Evans of Sebewa, who had been working in a saw 
mill at Saginaw for a couple of years, was struck in the breast with a board 
on Tuesday last and died from the effects of his injuries.  Deceased formerly 
worked in Sebewa.  His remains were brought to Bath, Ingham county, for 
burial.  Mr. Jacob Evans attended the funeral.
