Ionia Sentinel Standard – Wednesday, 2 February 1927
The funeral service for Mrs. Mary Everest was attended from the home in Ionia 
Township Monday afternoon at 2 o’clock.  Rev. George Johnson, pastor of the 
Muir Church of Christ, officiated at the service.  The bearers were W. F. 
Soule, N.J. Spaulding, Walter Dunlap, Gerald Spaulding, Charles S. Mattison 
and Harry Everest.  The flowers were in charge of Mrs. Charles Mattison, 
Marion Jordan and Art Lower.  Burial was made at the North Plains cemetery.
