Ionia Weekly Standard - Friday, April 29, 1887

Died, April 20th, at the residence of his son, C. H. Everest, of this city, Wm. 
B. Everest, aged ninty-one years. Deceased was a soldier in the war of 1812. He 
leaves an aged widow, four sons and two daughters, all reside this vicinity but 
one son, H. W. Everest, chancellor of Garfield University, Wichita, Kansas.

The funeral of Wm. B. Everest, who died at the advanced age of 92, occurred
