Ionia Sentinel Standard, 28 Apr 1933

Miss Martha Everest, 21, died Wednesday at the home of her mother, Mrs. Dora
Everest, Lake Odessa.  Funeral services will be held at the Lake Odessa
Methodist Episcopal church at 2 o’clock Saturday.  She was a graduate of the
Lake Odessa high school and valedictorian of the class.  She had been employed
until her recent illness in the secretary of state’s office at Lansing. 
Surviving are three sister, Louisa, of Flint, and Vera and Thelma, and a
brother, Raymond, at home, besides the mother.
