M.E.EVERETT LOSES MOTHER

Sarah Jane Everett, mother of M.E. Everett here, died at  the home of her 
daughter, Mrs.C.L. Hughson, December 14th. The funeral was held Sunday at 1:30 
p.m. and burial was at Rose cemetery, near Bath.

The father and husband died in 1906. Mrs Everett was 79 years of age, would have 
been 80 in June.

She had spent several years with the Everett family here, during her widowhood, 
leaving here the last time the last of August. She made many friends of the 
neighbors while in Lake Odessa.

She leaves beside her son,Myron and daughter Fannie, her daughter mentioned 
above where she died, and a daughter, Mrs.Hugh McGivern of Washington and a son 
L.E.Everett pf Haslett.
