Henry Faber, an old and highly respected resident of Miriam died Thursday, 
January 31, aged nearly 76 years.  He settled there about 40 years ago and has 
been one of the prosperous farmers and good citizens of that community.

The decedent leaves besides his wife, one son, Frank Faber, and one daughter, 
Mrs. Anna Christ of Wisconsin.  The funeral was held in the church at Miriam on 
Saturday, Rev. Fr. Zindler officiating, and many of his old friends and 
neighbors were present to pay their last respects to the deceased.
