      Former Boston Family At Lowell Visited With Much Trouble Recently

The family of Chris Fahrni of Lowell, former Boston township residents, seem to 
be having their share of troubles these days. Their daughter, Miss Anna, died 
in the detention hospital at Grand Rapids last Thursday, their son, Chris Jr., 
is ill in a Grand Rapids hospital, having recently undergone an operation, 
their seven children are all ill with the whooping cough, and Mr. Fahrni 
returned home from the hospital after a severe illness the day his daughter was 
taken ill. 

Miss Fahrni was a popular and well known Boston township young lady until a few 
years ago when the family moved to Lowell. Before taken ill with scarlet fever 
she was critically ill with the flu. Her death was unexpected and occurred last 
Thursday.
