                                NINA A. FANCETT

IONIA-Nina A Fancett, 99, of 222W.Dexter, Ionia, died Sept. 10 at Ionia Manor.

She was born in Fairplains Township in Montcalm County, Dec. 5, 1890, to the 
parents of James and Isadora (Comstock) Baker.

She was a lifelong resident of Ionia and Fenwick area.She was a member of the 
Minnie Howard Club of Ionia and a member of Ionia Senior Citizens.

She was preceded in death by Charles E. Fancett, her husband, in 1956; two sons, 
Victor and James and a grandson, Charles.

She is survived by one son, Kenneth of Orleans; one daughter, Thelma Chambers of 
Ionia; one daughter-in-law, Melba Fancett of Stanton; eight grandchildren; 
several great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Stebbins and Simpson 
Funeral Home in Sheridan, the Rev. Larry Frye officiating.

Burial will be in Clear Lake Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the funeral home Tuesday from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
