Rita Jo Fancher, age 70, of Ionia, passed away Aug. 22, 2015, in Lansing.  She
was born Feb. 21, 1945, in Lansing the daughter of James and Ruth (Shull) Agler.  

Rita married Eugene Fancher on Oct. 31, 1997.  She loved photography, crafts,
and scrapbooking.  Rita did amazing drawings and was well organized.  She loved
holidays and everyone being together.

Rita is survived by her husband, Eugene Fancher; children, Rebecca Montoya of
Lansing, Robert Frarey of Lansing, Kenneth (Kristen) Frarey of Kentucky,
Kristopher (Monica) Frarey of Lansing; step-children, Marlena (Chris) Arras of
Springport, Debbie Fancher (Eric Troll) of Marshall, and Brian (Erica) Fancher
of Bellevue; sister, Charlene (Harry) Rice of Lansing; sister-in-law, Delores
“Dee” Forbes-Agler of Lansing and Mary Agler; 18 grandchildren and two
great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Carl,
Calvin, and James “Bud”; and sisters, Joanne and Jean.

Funeral Services will take place Friday, Aug. 28, 1 p.m. at Lake Funeral Home in
Ionia.  Interment at Easton Cemetery to follow.  Visitation is two hours prior
to the service at the funeral home.
