Ionia Standard, 24 Sep 1897

Miss Jessie E. Fanning died this morning at 11 o’clock, at the home of her
parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Fanning, on East Front street She was aged 16 years,
and had been in delicate health about six months. The funeral was attended on
Friday morning at 10 o’clock, from the residence above, and interment was in
Highland Park.
