He was an old resident here, having lived in South Ionia for 31 years and several years in Easton township. The funeral services will be held Saturday, 1:30 at the house and 2:30 at the Easton community church. Interment will take place in the Easton cemetery. Mr. Fantow leaves his widow and the following children, Mrs. Freda Stearns, Robert Fantow, Miss Martha Fantow, Mrs. Dan Alexander, of Ionia; Mrs. Wesley Dake, Easton; Otto Fantow, Detroit; a brother, August Fantow, and a sister, Mrs. Mary Enright, of Detroit; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Charles Fantow was a member of the Odd Fellows lodge No. 175. They will have charge of the services at the cemetery. The Rebekahs will also attend.
