Amy S. Farrell-Helms, 45, of Greenville, formerly of Crystal, passed away 
Saturday evening, Oct. 29, 2011 at home. She was born June 14, 1966 in Ionia, 
the daughter of Alvin L. and Sherry J. (Roach) Helms.

Amy worked at the Correctional Facility in Ionia, attended Shiloh church, was a 
part of sweet rain aussie kennel, fox trotters of Palo and her hobbies were 
cooking, catering and decorating. 

She is survived by her daughter, Haley N. Farrell and (Levi Morris) of Fenwick; 
son Tyler R. Farrell and (Samantha Marek) of Crystal; father, Alvin and (Ruth) 
Helms of Greenville; sister, Annette Helms of Ithaca; nieces Brittin and Kayla; 
nephew, Brandon and her special friend, Steve Ewing. 

She was preceded in death by her mother, Sherry Helms Gault and her 
grandparents, Alvin andBernice Helms Sr. and Vern and Aileen Roach. 

Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 5, 2011 at Shiloh Community 
Church, with Pastor Ken Harger officiating. 

Memorial contributions may be made in Amy’s name to The Lacks Cancer Center, 
Grand Rapids. Arrangements are by the Marshall Funeral Home, Greenville, with
