Mrs. Mary Granger Farrington died at her home in Saranac Tuesday, May 14, 
after a long illness.  Mary Granger was born in Wiscoy, New York, July 22, 
1866, and would have been 69 years old next July.  She was the daughter of 
Peter and Juliette Granger, and came to Saranac with her parents when she was 
two years old.  She was united in marriage with Mark Farrington, Saranac 
jeweler, October 17, 1886, and all of her married life has been spent in the 
home on East Main Street, where she died Tuesday.  Remaining relatives are her 
husband, one daughter, Mrs. Julia Sayres, and a grandson, of Terre Haute, 
Indiana.  The funeral will be held Thursday afternoon at 2:30 and burial will 
be in Saranac cemetery.
