Faul, 54, died unexpectedly early Saturday afternoon at her home, 143 Florence street Woodland. She was born August 31, 1908 at Sunfield, the daughter of Jacob and Francis Meadows Hoover. She was married November 27, 1930 to Raymond J. Faul and lived in Chicago 10 years before moving to Woodland about 15 years ago. Mrs. Faul had been employed in the cafeteria at Woodland school the past five years and had been on sick leave since last fall. She was a member of Woodland Zion Lutheran church and Missionary Society. Surviving are her husband, Raymond; two sons Raymond, Jr., of Coats Grove, and William G. of Saginaw; her mother Mrs. Francis Gearhart of Woodland; one brother Irwin Hoover of Battle Creek; five sisters, Mrs. Kenneth Geisel of Ionia, Mrs. Roy Roberts of Nashville, Mrs. Richard Potter of Richland, Mrs. Morris Quigg of Jackson and Mrs. Ralph Rise of Beaverton; four grandchildren. Funeral service will be Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at Pickens funeral chapel in Lake Odessa with burial at Woodland Memorial Cemetery. The Rev. Robert Richardson will officiate. Bearers will be Richard Potter, Kenneth Geisel, Roy Roberts, Ralph Rise, Ross Hoover and Carlton Estep.
