Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard 7/19/1965
   IONIA SENTINEL STANDARD, Deaths, 7-19-1965:  "MRS ANNA FAULKNER - After a
lingering illness, Mrs. Anna Bennett Faulkner, 84, of route two, Ionia died
Monday morning.  She was born July 15, 1881, the daughter of Mr and Mrs Theodore
Bennett, and married Herbert Faulkner.  He preceded her in death in 1948.
   Mrs. Faulkner spent her entire life in Ionia, and lived on Division Street
most of her life and on Tuttle road since 1952.  She was night operator many
years for the Michigan Bell Telephone company in Ionia.
   Two brothers and one sister preceded her in death.  Surviving are three
nephews, one niece and several cousins.
   Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Boynton funeral home. 
Interment will be at Balcom cemetery."

   IONIA SENTINEL STANDARD,  7-22-1965:  "MRS ANNA FAULKNER - Rev. Lester C.
Bailey of First Methodist church officiated at funeral servic Wednesday
afternoon for Mrs. Anna Bennett Faulkner, 84, who died Monday.  She had resided
on route two, Tuttle road, since 1952.
   Bearers were Keith Hutchins, Carl Grigsby, Harold Hull, Donald Hull, Theodore
Bennett and Herbert Bennett.  Burial was at Balcom cemetery.
   Members of Telephone Pioneers of America attended in a group.
   Attending from out of town were Mr and Mrs Herbert Bennett and family of Lake
Odessa, Mr and Mrs Theodore Bennett and family of Muskegon and Mrs Patricia Kerr
of Grand Rapids."
