The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Monday, June 6, 1955
Archie Lee Faulkner of 14850 Westwood, Detroit, died Saturday morning at his 
home.  Mr. Faulkner was born September 25, 1878 at Prairie Creek, the son of 
Frank and Ione Anderson Faulkener.  He attended schools at Prairie Creek and 
Detroit.  He was a retired postal clerk.  Survivors are his wife, Bess; one 
daughter, Mrs. Thomas Corkery of California; one niece, Mrs. Helen Kenny of 
Fenwick, and two grandchildren.  One sister and one brother preceded him in 
death.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 1 o’clock at the 
Harvey A. Neely funeral home in Detroit.  Burial will be in Detroit.
