Portland Review, 14 May 1990

Arnold E. Fedewa, 95, of Portland, died May 2, 1990, at his home.  He was born
in Westphalia on December 1, 1894, and had been a resident of Portland all of
his life.  He was a member of St. Patrick’s Church in Portland.

Surviving are two sons, Jerome of Cadillac and Vernon of Portland; three
daughters Margurite Figg of Lansing, Maxine Herzog of Borden, Ind., and Marilyn
Bell of Grand Rapids, 30 grandchildren; 54 great-grandchildren; and 5 great
great grandchildren.

Mass of the Christian Burial was held at St. Patrick’s Church in Portland.  The
Rev. Wayne Wheeler officiated.  Burial was in the Portland Cemetery.  Rosary was
recited at Neller Funeral Home in Portland.
