Mr. Fedewa was born in Westphalia April 15, 1916, the son of Albert and Helen (Klein) Fedewa. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and St. Mary's choir; a veteran of World War II, serving with the United States Army; and a member of the V.F.W. Post #3733. He retired from General Motors, and was past president of the Westphalia Telephone Company. Survivors include his wife, grace; five daughters, Monica (Ted) Bauman of Westphalia, Betty (Mark) Tabor of Wacousta, Sharon (Bill) Peake of Portland, Mary (John) Gross of Portland, and Norma (Joe) McGarry of Lansing; four sons, Stanley (Linda) of Portland, Albert (Charlene) of Portland, Tom (Diane) of Westphalia, and Michael (Deb) of Westphalia; 20 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Harold of Portland and Charles of Westphalia; three sisters, Helen Pung of Portland, Dora Pung of Westphalia, and Marie Thelen of Fowler. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Laura and Marcella Hengesbach. Funeral Mass was celebrated Nov. 30, at St.Mary's Catholic Church, Westphalia, with Rev. James Novak officiating. Interment followed at St. Mary's Cemetery with military graveside services provided by V.F.W. Post #3733. Arrangements were handled by the Gorsling-Runciman Neller Chapel, Portland.
