Ermaline F. Fedewa
PEWAMO - Ermaline F. Fedewa, age 92 of Pewamo, passed away Monday, June 25, 2018.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Pewamo, on 
Saturday, June 30, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Darrel Kempf and Rev. Fr.
Charles Mason co-officiating. Burial in St. Joseph cemetery, Pewamo,Mi.. Visitation Friday
June 29, at Smith Family funeral home, Fowler, MI., with family from  2-4  and 6-8 p.m.

Ermaline was born in Westphalia February 13, 1926 the daughter of Edward and
Clotilda (Miller) Thelen. She married Ralph Schafer on August 20, 1946 and he passed May 9,
1963. She married Edwin Fedewa on April 24, 1982 and he passed December 19, 1994.

Ermaline was an active member of the Altar Society at St. Joseph Catholic Church , 
Pewamo. A life-member of the Fowler VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post #3733.

Survivors are her son Bruce and Dianne Schafer, son Glenn and Susan Schafer,
daughter Colleen and Donald Koenigsknecht, son Randy and Carol Schafer, daughter Theresa and
Larry Simon, son Keith and Virginia Schafer, son Douglas Schafer, daughter Yvonne
and David Prouty; 18 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, two brothers; Eugene and 
Margaret, & Kenneth and Charlene Thelen.

Memorials may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church or St. Joseph Catholic School .
