Excerpts from Obituary:
ROBERT FEDEWA JR. of Dewitt.
Born on Riley Twp. farm Clinton Co. MI on April 26, 1935 son of Robert and 
Theresa (Sohn) Fedewa.
Died August 31, 2019-age 84 at home in DeWitt.
Attended school in Westphalia, St. Joseph Seminary in Grand Rapids and at 
MSU, graduating with a BA degree in Agriculture Journalism.
Married Julie Cook in Pewamo on October 1, 1958. Raised 5 children.
Bob first worked at Massey-Ferguson as a technical writer, then Michigan 
Farmer & the Clinton County Republican News as a farm editor.
Bob switched his career to building after his first home with Julie.
Bob & Julie built hundreds of houses & apartments. They built & ran Town & 
Country Grocery Store in Westphalia for several years.
Julie died on February 4, 1991. A few years later, Bob married Clarita Goerge 
& moved to DeWitt. In their 25 years of marriage they did extensive traveling 
and wintered in Florida. Also lived vacationing at Houghton Lake.
Surviving are wife Clarita, 5 children, 6 brothers, 6 step-children,11 
grandchildren, 15 step-grandchildren, & 20 great-grandchildren.
Preceding him in death were his parents and twin grandsons, Aaron & Alexander 
Fedewa.
Visitation n Wednesday,, Sept.4, 2019 from 5-8 p.m. at Gorsline-Runciman 
Funeral Homes, DeWitt, with scripture service at 7:30 p.m. 
Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday September 5, 2019 beginning 11 a.m. 
at the Catholic community of St. Jude Bridge St., De Witt. with Rev. Fr. 
Robert L. Irish. Interment at St. Joseph/Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Pewamo.
