Ionia Sentinel Standard – 27 June 1967
Mrs. Evelyn Bishop Fenwick, 71, died suddenly Monday at 3 pm at her home in 
Lake Odessa after an illness of several years.  January 22, 1896 she was born 
in Sunfield Township, Eaton County, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Hunter and 
spent most of her life on Hunter street, Sunfield township until 11 years ago 
when she came to Lake Odessa.



She was a member of Saubee League extension group.  Her only survivor is a 
grandson, Robert Summney of Houston, Texas.  Funeral services will be on 
Thursday at 7:30 pm at Pickens funeral chapel in Lake Odessa with Rev. Marvin 
Zimmerman officiating and burial will be in Sunfield cemetery.
