The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Wednesday, November 14, 1957
Mrs. Hattie B. Ferman, 78, of Belding died Monday, November 12, at 11:45 p.m. 
at the Roush rest home in Ionia.  She had been a patient there since September 
15.  She was born April 13, 1873  at Mt. Clemens, daughter of Emmett and 
Lucretia Morgan.  She spent most of her life at Belding where she was a member 
of the Adventist church.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Cecil Kidd of Belding and Mrs. Edna Pickell 
of Stanton; two sons, Willard Fleck of Lansing and Clifford Ferman of Belding; 
seven grandchildren, one sister, Mrs. Alice Smith, Ionia; three brothers, 
Frank Morgan of Crystal, Fred of Greenville and George of Gaylord.  The body 
was removed to the Fitzjohn funeral home, Belding, where services will be held 
Friday at 2:30 p.m.  interment will be in Sidney cemetery.
