Ionia County News - Thursday, Dec. 24, 1936

Funeral services for Cleon F. Ferrey, 48, of Charlotte, formerly of Ionia, were 
held at the Gorsline-Runciman funeral home at Lansing, Monday, December 21, at  
1:00 P.M. Services were conducted by Rev. R. E. Durkee, of Williamston. Burial 
was in the family lot at Saranac.

Surviving Mr. Ferrey are his wife, Emma, his mother, Mrs. Minnie Ferrey, and 
three daughters, Miss Doris Ferrey and Mrs. Harold Tryon, of Lansing, and Mrs. 
Reber Grover of Ionia, and one step-daughter, Miss Gladys Hannah, of Lansing. 

Pall bearers were Paul Horn, Peter Horn, Jr., Merlin Horn, Glenn Wertz, Arnold 
Chase and George Mikesell, all of Charlotte. Music was in charge of Mrs. Ruth 
_cheneberger and Mrs. Pearl _ertz, both of Charlotte.
