Lois E. Ferris, 63, of Saranac, died Wednesday.  She married Richard Ferris June
14, 1944, in Ionia.

She is survived by her husband, her mother, Lillian Duncan of Belding, her son
Leslie Ferris of Saranac, her daughter Judy Canfield of Saranac, her brother
Ronald DeLine of Langston; two sisters Dorothy Mortensen of Greenville and Carol
Moore of Sheridan; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.  She was
preceded in death by her son, Robert, in 1947.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, at the Lake Funeral Home in Saranac,
with the Rev. Frank Lattimore officiating.  The family will be at the funeral
home in Saranac on Friday from 7 to 8:30 p.m.  Burial will be at the Easton
Cemetery.  Memorials have been established for the Diabetes Society and the
American Heart Foundation, in care of the funeral home.
