Theodore F. (Tag) Ferris, 86, husband of Eleanor (Crandall) Ferris, father of 
Frank, Ronald & Keith Ferris, brother of Genevieve Hall and eleven deceased 
brothers & sisters, son of Elmer & Laura (Lang) Ferris.  Tag & Eleanor were 
dairy farmers, first on the John Dickinson farm in Sebewa Sec. 17 on Goddard 
Road and then in Orange Township, Sec. 8-9-16-17-28.  Tag was one of the great 
story & joke tellers of his time and a strong advocate of the American free-
enterprise system with minimal government interference.  Buried in North Plains 
Cemetery.
